I've been feeding my cat this brand for about 4 years. For the first couple years of my cat's life, I fed her cheap food, and her long black coat was prone to matting and dandruff, and she was often bloated. I finally switched to Pride by Instinct, and after a few days, I noticed so many improvements in her fur, poo, and tummy. I also recently helped my brother transition his kitten to this wet food after a few months of cheap kibble, which seemed to help him become less of a stinky little thing. This brand is one of the cheapest grain- and junk-free wet foods I have found, depending on the flavor. I hesitated to buy any of the fish flavors for a long time because I'm not super fond of fishy smells, but I'm so glad I chose to buy the salmon. Both our cats' long coats become noticeably softer after eating this flavor, which is great! We don't notice this effect with any of the other flavors.
My cat has a chicken allergy and loves fish. What is the point of filling everything with chicken? I buy the nature's variety foods as it is so hard to find food without chicken. They offer only one fish flavor without it.
