Comments about Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Canine Selected Protein Adult PV Canned Dog Food:

My Westie suffers from Inflamatory bowel disease. He had lost 5 lbs. when diagnosed with IBD and his diet was immediately changed to the Selected Protein-venison and sweet potatoes. In just a few days he was full of vim and vigor again and has stayed that way for 15 months. His treats are homemade sweet potato chips and he never eats any other food but his Royal Canine diet and his treats. All other foods cause severe allergic reactions.

Comments about Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Canine Selected Protein Adult PV Canned Dog Food:

Our dog has quite a few medical issues, including several food intolerances. The venison and potato canned food has been working great for her for a few months now. We did many elimination diets, as well as having a menu made from UC Davis, this stuff has been the only product that has worked consistently for her. Do wish it was slightly less expensive, as she goes through 1 1/2 cans a day and that adds up pretty fast.

Our baby has to have a special diet. We were told about Royal Canin and have been using it for several years and will continue to use it.

        Easily digestible

My dog has been on this dog food mixed with the dry of the same formula and she is doing great. She has pancreas issues, poultry allergies and intestinal problems which can result in vomiting and diarrhea. These symptoms have all but subsided. She is healthy, happy and energetic.

        Loulou loves Royal Canin!

        By

from Santa Barbara, CA, United States

My dog, Loulou, suffers from food allergies, and has had a hard time with several brands. The ones that she liked, her stomach didn't like so we had to opt for potato venison formulas. We tried many different brands, but they were bland and after a day or two she would turn up her nose. Then finally we found Royal Canin! What a difference! Now Loulou thinks every meal is treat time and never fails to let me know when it's time for the dinner bell! I'm so happy she is enjoying life again. Thank you, Royal Canin!

Adding a little to the corresponding dry really adds to the interest my dog shows in eating his prescription food. It is also helpful for giving him pills.
