My 12 yr old schnauzer Weird-Buddy was overweight with high cholesterol. Tried many dogfoods & his weight did not change significantly. After having several tumors removed, including a melanoma, he was diagnosed with a rare auto-immune disease called Wells Syndrome. His skin was terrible, he would get pustules that would ooze & bleed. Vet recommended Prednisone & antihistamines for life. I said "no way". I decided to go RAW & started feeding him Sojos, his weight dropped, his skin problems are gone & he has no symptoms of Wells disease. He even does doggie yoga!

Not good for dogs with tummy issues

Unfortunately our dogs couldn't tolerate this diet. Our Boxer ended up having a recurrene of pancreatitis & it was costly to get her back to health.

Have 8 dogs, 3 of which are Bulldogs and 1 a finicky Papillon. All of them absolutely love Sojos. It is easy and quick to prepare to get the closest to raw. The bowls are licked clean. Their skin and fur appears healthiers.

The ingredients are fresh, simple, and real food. Smells good enough for me to eat which tells me they are good quality. The dogs like it too-- lick their bowls after.

Comments about Sojos Complete Turkey Dog Food Mix:

I was really disappointed when my two small dogs turned their picky little noses up at Sojos. Based on reviews of this product, I had high hopes that they would love it. I like the idea of a freeze dried food with high-quality, healthy ingredients which this food has. We will give it another try and if they still don't want to eat it, then we will give it away to friends with dogs who will hopefully appreciate it.

Comments about Sojos Complete Turkey Dog Food Mix:

My four pit bulls line up when I merely open the dry food bag -- the contents smell wonderful, like Thanksgiving dressing. The dog I bought it for loves it, and the others get a taste every day.

Yard pickup is 50% reduced in frequency and volume -- now if only his allergies improve! Definitely 8 dewclaws up.
