As cat lovers and experienced cat owners ourselves, we know that the condition of your cat's skin and fur is frequently a reflection of overall health. Poor skin health can sometimes be traced to dietary insufficiencies or imbalances. Problems with the skin and fur are never just cosmetic. Symptoms such as hair loss, thinning fur, dullness, dry flaky skin, excessive scratching, thickened skin, infections, and odors can often be traced back to either a shortage or an excess of a specific nutrient. In fact, there is no more visible indicator of problems with your cat's overall health than problems with the skin and fur. The right nutrients in the right proportions are indispensable to keeping your cat healthy.

LOTS OF GRAVY
from Manhattan Beach, CA
I agree with one customer's review that there aren't many chicken bits in one 3-oz can, but I have two Himalayan cats and they adore this food. It comes with lots of gravy, albeit not many chicken bits, but I feed them about three or four cans along with other flavors of cat food.

My cats really love this food. It is actual chips of chicken in a thin white gravy. The chunks are not too big so the small cats with small mouths really eat this up!

Not enough calories
from Columbia, MD
So, typically for my 10lb cat, I would feed him between 6-7oz per day. However, with this food, he needs at least 3 can, and if you read the can, it says to feed 1 can for every 3lbs! That is a bit ridiculous, and this is not cheap food. My vet said that not all brands actually test their food's performance and this simply doesn't have enough calories. Anyway, now I know why my cat has been so hungry with his usual 6-7oz of food. I will be switching brands immediately.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
