Cleaned her bowl each time.

I have a finiky Toy poodle. I had heard about Orjen and its quality, so wanted to try it. The stores locally dont carry it so i started fff by buying a small bag. Well Dominique loves it. Unlike the ohter Raw foods she enjoys, this one is a variety of meets vs. the single chicken or beef. All I know is, she cleans her plate. Its so much less stress for her and us to not have to worry about either the quality or if she will eat something. I highly recommend. It I use it in intervals with her Stella And Cheweys and love the result.
Dogs love this stuff!

This stuff is so good that I use it as treats for training by breaking off small pieces (I don't even bother to rehydrate it). I don't have to worry that I'm giving my puppy too many treats since I can have him happily earn his meal during training sessions. Bonus: we've made a bunch of doggie friends in the neighborhood because they can sniff out when I'm carrying the good stuff - there's one dog that will insist on waiting for me to approach when she sees me now ;)

I have tested a lot of dried foods with my GSD service dog, the therapy dog my daughter uses with her clients, and the six cats spread through mine and the children's homes. Up until I we tried Orijen, they were all a huge NO. We have seen the dogs and the cats go hungry for days rather than eat the very price products we have put in front of them. Not so with the two Orijen varieties I have put in front of my GSD so far in our Orijen test. She loves this stuff. It is also a lot easier, a lot less messy, than the other products we tried. The price is shockingly low as well. I calculated that the equivalent of a 15 oz can costs just 42 cents instead of the $2 plus I pay per 15 oz can for the grain free I was adding 1/4-1/3 of can to her morning dry. At 42 cents a 15 oz serving of Orijen, she is now getting 6 cookies with 1-1/4 cups water (15 oz can equivalent) for breakfast and dry that she now objects to for dinner.I actually plan to fork over $73 for a large bag with my next order which will provide her with more than 154 servings! Yup, she loves the taste, and I love the quality and the price.
My dog ate it up.
Did not reconstitute as I expected, a lot of stirring and still didn't seem to absorb the water. However, my dog is quite finicky and ate it all up along with his regular food.

the freeze dried formula is like raw and has the nutrients that raw has as well using this as a breakfast for my dogs and dry the rest of the day has help with allergies and other ailments that some of them have.
