Royal Canin MINI Puppy Food is a complete and balanced diet formulated to meet the unique nutritional needs of small breed puppies (up to 22 lbs. at maturity) up to 10 months of age. The digestive capacities of the small breed puppy develop with age, but rather slowly. An exclusive combination of nutrients (such as highly digestible proteins and prebiotics) promote optimal digestion and contribute to a good stool quality. The small breed puppy's immune system needs to be firmly protected during the first year of life, as it gradually loses the immunity transmitted by the mother's milk. Royal Canin MINI Puppy Food helps support the puppy's natural defenses with a unique antioxidant complex, including vitamins E & C and taurine.

Digestive Health: Easy to digest proteins and gentle carbohydrates.

Intensified Energy Content: Meets high energy needs during the growth period, accommodates digestive sensitivity, and satisfies fussy appetites

Dental Health: Specialized kibble helps to reduce dental plaque and limit tartar formation

Chicken meal, brewers rice, chicken fat, corn, corn gluten meal, wheat gluten, dried beet pulp, natural flavors, sodium silico aluminate, vegetable oil, fish oil, calcium carbonate, fructooligosaccharides, potassium phosphate, salt, potassium chloride, L-lysine, hydrolyzed yeast, sodium tripolyphosphate, choline chloride, DL-methionine, taurine, vitamins [DL-alpha tocopherol acetate (source of vitamin E), L-ascorbyl-2-polyphosphate (source of vitamin C), biotin, D-calcium pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), vitamin A acetate, niacin supplement, thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), riboflavin supplement (vitamin B2), folic acid, vitamin B12 supplement, vitamin D3 supplement], trace minerals (zinc proteinate, zinc oxide, manganese proteinate, ferrous sulfate, copper proteinate, copper sulfate, manganous oxide, calcium iodate, sodium selenite), L-carnitine, rosemary extract, preserved with natural mixed tocopherols and citric acid

He eats it but seems to like the generic food I buy my big dogs better. It makes me wonder if I should be pausing so much for so little. Also I thinks it's drying out his skin he might be allergic to what ever is in there.

      IMPRESSED!!!!!

      By

      from North Carolina, United States

I was having trouble with my puppies having looser stools than I like, I was feeding a high protein food which I thought was a top of the line food. This puppy food was recommended by a friend so I thought why not give it a try. WOW! was I impressed within 1 week of them eating this food their stools look like normal and have been normal every since. I will never go back to my original brand. We are Royal Canin members for life!!!!!!!

          Happy Puppy

Jeremy's breeder (Park Rise ) recommended Royal Canin junior they are the experts and we have kept him on it. He never leaves a scrap and we also use part of his allowance for treats and training. Jeremy is lively, has a shiny coat is highly inquisitive, energetic, bright eyed eager to learn and nice firm poop. (important when you have a cream carpet!)
I buy 8kg sacks at competitive prices online delivered to my door.

          Royal Crowns

          By

Princess Mia sits pretty for her Royal Canin Food. Without fail our 4 lb Maltese burps after every feeding which tells us she must be quite pleased. (It would be neat, if the kibbles were shaped like small crowns, like the picture on the bag.)

          Great Dog Food!

          By

          from Jacksonville, TX, United States

I love this food for my Poms! I sale Pomeranian puppies and always had a problem getting them started on just dry food, so I decided to try Royal Canin and they loved it. Their stool is solid with no problems. Has great ingredients for their health. The smell is very flavorful and small enough for my puppies to eat well. I give a sample to everyone who gets one of my puppies. I am so happy with this product that I now feed my adult dogs Royal Canin. Thank you for being a great, and tasty dog food.

          My puppy ate it up!

          By

          from St. Louis Missouri

My breeder gave me a stater kit for this puppy food, so I or course I continued it for her. My other dog always wanted it, so I had to switch him to the adult Royal Canin food. This is the last big bag of puppy food she will need, so they can both eat the same food soon. What I did not know was that you have special food for Dachshunds, I just found out scanning through your products. I will have to ask my pet store to try to get it for me.

When we got a new puppy, we wanted to be sure we were feeding him a quality food. Our breeder was feeding this to him and our vet agreed that it was a great food!
