This is a favorite at our house.

This is a pate and our cats like this one a lot. We have a chicken intolerance and this food is clear of all chicken products. My only compliant is that there is carageenen (known carcinogen) in this food so I feed this as part of a rotation. I wish the company would drop that ingredient.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

big improvement for our cats over the large cans
from clover, sc
our seven downstairs cats were not eating the contents of the Wellness large cans of any flavor. we ordered these smaller cans and this flavor and the other Core flavors were a big hit. the entire contents of the 5 ounce can is eaten in minutes. I do need to feed separately our one senior who at the start of kidney decline. he needs to be sure to eat the canned food. we do feed dry food also since it would be unaffordable to feed seven cats canned food twice a day.

I Was Amazed!
from Plymouth Meeting, PA, USA
My vet recommended Wellness Core Grain-Free canned cat food (NO DRY) when my 14-year-old cat, Puff, was tested and her blood sugar was almost 500 (normal is below 300). I tried different flavors and she and my other two cats, Kayla (12) and Missy (16), liked the Turkey and Duck flavor the best. After just three weeks on the food, she was re-tested and her blood sugar had dropped to 366, just from the food alone. My cat also had watery diarrhea for months before going on the Wellness food - her bowel movements became totally normal after just a few days on the food. My vet then added a medication in pill form and another test in two weeks showed her blood sugar had dropped further to 320. He increased the meds slightly (from two to three pills daily) and she'll be retested in another three weeks. Hopefully, she will not have to be put on insulin. Based on her results, I would recommend this food highly to anyone with a diabetic cat. I am absolutely amazed at the results from this cat food.

the cats love it!

I have four cats and they love the taste and would eat it every day. However, I rotate different flavors such as turkey and liver, etc. This is their favorite by far!
