Petflow Basics

Petflow was founded in 2010 with one thing in mind: to make it easier for pet parents everywhere to get the highest quality foods around at great prices.
Your Auto-Ship orders are scheduled to be shipped at your chosen delivery frequency, which can be as frequent as every 2 weeks or a maximum interval of 12 weeks. If you ever need to adjust your next shipment date or change the shipping interval, you can easily do so by logging into your account and navigating to the Auto-Ship tab.
All orders that are shipped from our warehouses are sent via FedEx Ground Delivery. Typically, these orders arrive within 2-3 days after being picked up by the carrier.
PetFlow currently ships to the lower 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Canada.

Auto-Ship

An Auto-Ship program simplifies the process of getting pet food by ensuring that customers receive their orders regularly and conveniently, making it easier to keep their pets fed and happy.
We understand your concern about the availability of your Auto-Ship item. While we aim to keep a healthy stock of all products in our warehouses, there are times when we may not receive the requested amount to meet supply and demand.
Yes. If you delay or move a shipment forward, all subsequent shipments will ship on a date that reflects that initial change, maintaining your initial shipping frequency.
Yes. When you click the "Edit Products" button for a particular program, you can choose to make changes to all orders for that program, or for just your next order.edit_products_button.png

Not to worry! If you only wish to change the shipping address on one item or your next order only, you can do so from the My Auto-Ship page. Simply find the item you wish to change, and select the appropriate address from the 'Ship To' drop-down menu.
