For issues such as manufacturer defects (e.g., a toy does not squeak) or customer satisfaction concerns (e.g., pet will not eat the food, unusual smell, etc.), please contact the manufacturer directly for resolution.

If you received an incorrect product due to our error, we will issue a call tag to have the product returned. Once we receive the product back, a credit will be issued. To request a call tag or initiate a return for an eligible exception, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item received.
