For issues such as manufacturer defects (e.g., a toy does not squeak) or customer satisfaction concerns (e.g., pet will not eat the food, unusual smell, etc.), please contact the manufacturer directly for resolution.

If you received an incorrect product due to our error, we will issue a call tag to have the product returned.
